I make these vegan rolls with organic whole grain spelt flour, using a sourdough starter for a slow rise, which increases the nutrition you receive from the bread, adds a lovely rich taste, and lowers the glycemic load in your body. These rolls are lovely on the side of your breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and they make a great sandwich or burger bun. They are also wonderful slathered with butter and/or for a snack. They come in a bag of 8 rolls. This can be made with either spelt or einkorn flour. Willing to barter
