How far can you search for items?

100 miles is local. 50 miles is hyperlocal. We have set it up to only reach out to 100 miles. You can adjust how far you want to reach out for products 1-100 miles. This setting is configurable through the app.

Do you have seller analytics built in for sellers?

Yes, just go to lisitng and click insights to see traffic to your listing for free.

Why is Farm Fresh 24/7 is a solution for local sustainability?

Farm Fresh 24/7 leverages location services as its main feature, assisting you in finding items nearby. Additionally, it allows you to list your own items for sale within your local community. For enhanced privacy, you can choose to set your location to any preferred area.

Are payments through the app or in person?

Payments occur between buyers and sellers. Some providers employ their own onsite payment systems, which may include options to accept SNAP, WIC, or other benefits.

How to change my location to be a general location?

You can change your location in the app by going to the menu, selecting the listing tab, navigating to 'My Profile', and then clicking on the gear icon. Even after you update your location, the app will automatically detect the general area of your listing when you post an item.

Why does Farm Fresh 24/7 use location?

Farm Fresh 24/7 utilizes location services as its key feature to help you discover items in your vicinity. It also enables you to list your own items within your local area. For added privacy, you have the flexibility to set your location to any area you prefer.

How many employees does Farm Fresh 24/7 have?

Currently, we have two team members: Damien and Lawrence. We're seeking investments and grants to expand our workforce as we grow, which will assist us in realizing our vision.

Deleting my account?

To delete your account, go to your profile and click on the gear icon. *Important Information: Account deletion is irreversible. At Farm Fresh 24/7, we cannot restore your account once it's deleted. This ensures that users maintain complete control over their information on the platform. Should you wish to use our services again, you will need to sign up anew.
