Free Chickens in the New Orleans area! I have Lavender Orpingtons, Buff Orpingtons, and Easter Eggers. The chickens were donated to me at 2-3 weeks. I have taken care of them since then, feeding them a fermented homemade scratch grain combo, greens and scraps from the garden, and a weekly supply of lentils with oregano and super hot peppers for disease prevention. I have a total of 38 and have around 22 accounted for. I have hens and roosters.
