Honey collected from the resident bees on our permaculture cooperative farm.

Spring honey is lighter in color with floral notes echoing the spring flowers.  

We use no pesticides or other chemicals on the land, instead nurturing balanced and sustainable ecosystems including fields of diverse, native wildflowers, reducing harm to our bee friends and their honey.
