This starter has been a family heirloom that has been fed for over 100 years that makes great tasting sourdough bread.

Your order includes dehydrated Sourdough Starter "Carl", named after the fog from the starter's origin (hint). This starter is enough to make two starters. Instructions are included and as a bonus we also include our Sourdough recipe!
