A combination of Passion Flower, Valerian Root and Lavender, Deep State Tincure can me taken for anxiety, just 1 or 2 drops under the tongue as needed or in a cup of warm water. For relaxation or inducing sleep 5-10 frops can be taken. Do not admisniter to children younger than 6 years old.
