Organically grown zucchini squash
Ingredients
2 zucchini
Salt & Black pepper to taste
100 grams of Parmesan cheese, grated
1 teaspoon paprika
2-3 eggs, beaten
100 grams of breadcrumbs
50 grams of flour
Olive oil or non salted butter for frying
Dredge the zucchini through the flour first, dip into eggs, and finally dredge into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to coat.
Zucchinis don’t like cold temperatures and wilt quickly in the fridge. Our advice? Store them in a pantry or a dark, cool spot like a utility room. This method keeps them fresh for two to three months!
One tip, make sure the zucchinis have their stem ends intact and aren’t touching each other. Follow this trick, and you might just be serving zucchini casseroles well into the holidays!
