Make your own water kefir with these healthy water kefir grains! These will make a fizzy fermented drink that is similar to kombucha, but without the vinegary flavor notes (I think the flavor is similar to a very mild wine). Water kefir makes a great probiotic lower-sugar alternative to soda, and can be flavored however you like. I find it especially refreshing when it’s hot out.
